👋 Hello! I'm Giuseppe Santoro, and I've embarked on an exciting journey since my move to London from Italy in January 2003. Here's a glimpse of my professional adventures:
🌍 🇫🇷 Internship in France: I gained my initial experience working abroad as an intern.
👨💻 Software Engineer: Over the years, I've been a Software Engineer in various industries, spanning from advertising to drug discovery, and most recently, gaming and tech.
🚀 Startup Specialist: During the first half of my career, I thrived in small startups, witnessing them transform from less than 20 people to thriving companies with hundreds on board.
🎩 Many Hats, One Expert: I've worn many hats, from coding on Cloud technologies like Google Cloud and AWS, scripting in Python, crafting extensive data pipelines in Spark, to developing applications in Golang. My recent journey led me to Elastic, where I proudly serve as a Senior Software Engineer, primarily focusing on cloud-native technologies and mastering the art of Kubernetes.
🏆 Certification Collector: I hold various Hadoop certifications, both as a developer and administrator. Currently, I am a Certified Kubernetes Administrator.
✍️ Blogger & Newsletter Creator: I've recently embarked on a writing adventure, sharing my knowledge on Kubernetes and Elasticsearch through my Medium blog.
